Overview
This 1,019 SF single-story ADU opens onto a 2,040 SF exterior deck complete with a custom firepit and an outdoor kitchen. Inside, the program includes a bedroom, bathroom, sauna, and powder room.
The interior flows into a terraced outdoor room designed for versatile entertainment and relaxation — a study in dissolving the line between inside and out. As designer and project manager, I guided the project from concept through permitting.
