This project remodels and expands a 1,349 SF single-family home, adding bedrooms, a reconfigured kitchen–dining–living core, an office, and a playroom, and extending the house upward into a second story.
The plan is organized around feng-shui principles and a clear processional axis. A standout move is the event hall on the first floor, where a deliberate focal point draws the visitor’s eye through the home. As project manager, I oversaw the work, collaborated with consultants, and refined the design through development.
