This project remodels and expands an existing medical office building with additional exam rooms, ADA bathrooms, flexible office and open space, and a reception area anchored by a larger patient lobby.
The design prioritizes patient comfort and ADA accessibility — wide pathways, ergonomic seating, and a calming environment shaped by natural light. Throughout, I coordinated with consultants and navigated the regulatory and permitting requirements that govern healthcare environments.
